Types of Live Streaming

IN-PERSON

We set up in a physical venue, have presenters, speakers and hosts all on a stage, talking to a virtual audience who could be watching anywhere in the world.

Participants on the stream might physically present on stage, or join via video call, so they can talk to the host of the event or do their own presentation.

HYBRID

Similarly to the first type of live stream, we set up in a physical location but add the layer of an audience in the room. For something like this, we would then have to consider adding extra sound and visual requirements, such as loud speakers and extra screens for the audience in the room.

VIRTUAL

We have no physical presence and we can stream your virtual event from our offices. All speakers, presenters and hosts appear via video call, which we can then run through our software and then push out again through a virtual stage. We’ve used this variation where we have participants calling in from across the world.

Livestreaming pricing typically starts at $800 and is dependent on a number of variables.

The first step is to identify your event requirements:

What type of Live streaming event are you conducting?

  • Live Events

    • Concerts, church events, political events, summits, trade shows, fashion shows, contests, influencer events… If your brand is a part of an exciting event, chances are your audience wants to be a part of it too. Live streaming your event offers a front row seat (and even behind the scenes too for an exclusive peek).

  • Webinars Panel Discussions

    •  You can make any event, such as Q&A sessions or panel discussions, into live-stream webinars. These can be great ways to market your business or organization, share knowledge and enhance brand recognition.

  • How many guests? Is it a 1 camera live stream, or a multi camera livestream?

  • How many streaming platforms are you considering? YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch and more.

  • What is the duration of your event?

These are all questions to consider when determining your live stream production costs. Don’t worry, we’ll work through them all to ensure we create the right package for your needs.

So, Let's get started!
